Emily is currently continuing with her studies at CILEx Law School with the aim of qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.
Emily provides assistance to our lawyers in the Wills, Probate and Trusts department on a range of matters. Under supervision she drafts Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax forms, and Deputyship application forms, and is fully involved in the administration of Trusts and Estates.
In her spare time, Emily will most often be found sketching or painting, but she does also enjoy walking, reading, playing piano, and attending the theatre.
Michelle joined the team in February 2021 as a conveyancing assistant. She obtained a LLB from Cardiff University in 2018 and has been working in residential property since. She specialises in drafting contracts, reviewing enquiries, dealing with registration and HMLR requisitions and handling exchanges and completions.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys physical fitness and sports, competing in friendly and competitive Netball for over five years and has completed the Cardiff half marathon.
Emily has vast experience with a ride range of property transactions ranging from large developments, plot sales, residential property, shared ownership and more recently the Help To buy government schemes. Emily enjoys assisting a wide range of clients whether it be a first purchase or a client who has undertaken many different transactions over the years.
In her personal life she has two young sons who take up the majority of her time, she enjoys cooking, reading and long countryside walks with her family.

Jane is a Solicitor and member of the Law Society England and Wales, and is the Head of our Trusts and Estates team.
Jane advises clients on a range of matters including probate, the administration of estates and the drawing up of all types of wills. Jane also advises on trusts, on Lasting Powers of Attorney and on Deputyship applications and she provides elderly client advice. Before joining Parrott and Coales in 2005, Jane worked for many years in the financial services industry and she has considerable experience in dealing with various types of financial products and policies.
Jane has two daughters and enjoys spending time with her family.

Joma trained at Hine Solicitors where she qualified as a residential property solicitor. She specialises in high value properties and high net worth individuals as well as acting for companies expanding their portfolios. She can assist clients with sales, purchases, re-mortgages and equity releases. Having moved to Aylesbury a few years ago she is looking forward to the opportunity to work in the town she calls home.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves nothing more than a trip to the theatre or the spa with her husband. Joma also assists with Refugee Compassion, an apolitical ministry providing aid to those in need in both Northern France and Syria so she can often be found cooking up a charity lunch, packing a van of aid or nipping over to Calais

Following training with Deo Volente Solicitors, Gemma qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Gemma is a member of the family department and is able to advise clients on a range of matters including contact, residence and specific issue disputes involving matters such as a child’s religion and relocation as well as, prohibited steps orders, applications for parental responsibility, grandparents rights and many other issues affecting children. Gemma is able to provide advice in respect of divorce and finances as well as cohabitation rights on separation. Gemma has also undertaken her own advocacy in the local Family Courts on behalf of our clients.
Gemma dedicates a number of hours to the Citizens Advice Bureau and the Armed Forces Charity, SSAFA advising on a range of family law topics.
Gemma enjoys spending time with her family and friends, partaking in outdoor activities such as Hockey and Volleyball and travelling.
Barry has worked as a solicitor for businesses of all sizes. Having worked as an in-house solicitor he understand the client’s point of view. Barry has a proactive business minded approach legal advice.

Outside of the office Barry’s main interests are football, theatre and hill walking.
Andrea joined the Parrott & Coales team in January 2021 as a licensed conveyancer specialising in residential property. After working in residential conveyancing since 1992, Andrea qualified in 2005 with a long list of specialisms including sales and purchases of registered and unregistered residential properties, new builds, lease extensions, assents and transfer of equities.
Outside of work, Andrea likes going on countryside walks and spending time doing botanical watercolour painting or Chinese brush painting. When she isn’t doing this she enjoys cooking – as well as eating out – and travelling to different countries to see historical sights, museums and galleries.

Catrina joined the team at Parrott & Coales in September 2021 as a Solicitor working within the Wills, Trusts and Probate team. Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, Catrina has acquired range of legal experience from working on a legal advice helpline and in Crown Court.
Catrina specialises in the drafting of Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications for Deputyship orders. Catrina also completes Deputyship work after the order is obtained and processes applications for Grants of Probate on taxable & non-taxable estates alongside a number of other areas.
During Catrina’s spare time she is a musician, playing the guitar, voice, piano and ukulele. Catrina also enjoys keeping active with yoga, Zumba and running. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and reading.

Richard is the head of the Family Department and is an experienced Matrimonial solicitor who specialises in financial matters following the breakdown of a marriage or unmarried family. He also has considerable experience dealing with children matters and all other aspects of family law.

Sharon trained in the City of London, and has worked with leading City, West End and regional firms up to partner level.
Sharon advises companies, partnerships and individual business proprietors on all aspects of Company and Commercial law. Her areas of expertise include, management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and banking, commercial contracts including distribution, agency and franchising agreements, terms and conditions, corporate reorganisations, shareholder agreements and shareholder disputes, sales and purchases of companies and businesses, joint ventures, corporate recovery and insolvency restructuring, reorganisation and advice to directors. Sharon is a member of the Law Society for England and Wales. She also sits on the advisory panel of the Institute of Directors since 1996, advising its members on insolvency and commercial matters, a position she has held since 1996.
Sharon enjoys family life, theatre, playing the piano and keeping fit.
David is a specialist property lawyer, primarily engaged in residential conveyancing including re-mortgages and transfers of equity but with some mix involving matrimonial, light commercial and related matters.

Sherri joined the Parrott & Coales team in September 2020 as a Residential Conveyancer. With nearly 20 years of experience, Sherri has dealt with a wide range of residential property transactions across England and Wales. Sherri specialises in all aspects of residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity matters and other complex land and property transactions.
Outside of work, Sherri is kept busy by her two young children.
